7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • (a) Non-Winning Entrants: Deleted 6 months after winner announcement.
  • (b) Winner: Retained for the duration of the tenancy plus 5 years for legal, tax, and regulatory compliance.
  • (c) Marketing Consent Data: Retained until consent is withdrawn or 3 years from last interaction, whichever is earlier.

After expiry of these periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.


8. Winner Publicity and Regulatory Compliance

  • (a) Publication: We may publish the winner’s surname and county (or country) to demonstrate compliance with CAP Code and ASA requirements.
  • (b) Objection: Winners may object to public disclosure; however, we must still provide details to the ASA upon request.
